Ingot Segregation Prediction Software
This is the only software available that can help you predict if a steel ingot will contain A segregations or not. The cooling rate and solidification rate have been calculated using our heat transfer simulator, SimCade v.2.0. The data required is Dm (medium diameter of the ingot) and chemical composition of the steel.
